1. Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
• The customer must provide the order details and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Golakiya Export is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item.

If the return meets our requirements:

• The refund will be approved after successful inspection.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by Golakiya Export.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved products
• Made-to-order products

Please carefully review customization details before confirming your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product (recommended)
• A detailed description of the issue

The unboxing video should be recorded from the beginning of opening the package and should clearly show the product condition.

Our team will review the provided information and inspect the issue before approving any replacement, return, or refund request.
