• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
• Handmade and custom jewelry may have slight variations in appearance.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or product information without prior notice.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure online payments through available payment methods supported for our customers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping

We offer the following estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 10–12 Business Days
• Expedited Shipping: 5–6 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Golakiya Export is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

If the returned product does not meet our return requirements, the refund request may be rejected.

7. Custom Jewelry

All customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@golakiyaexport.com with:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, and trademarks, is the property of Golakiya Export and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
